Probably the most important part to any flight simulator project. Basically, the "heart" of the Aircraft and the one part of the aircraft used all the time. I chose to go with Flight Deck Solutions on the basis of realism and value. Price was sensible for two FMC's, that hold the detail, realism and robustness required for longevity. This item connects using USB and has an LCD screen housed inside the hardware structure.
Software that came with this, allows the FCM to be interfaced with PMDG 737 NGX and many other products out on the market. While the simulator is being built over a 2 year period, this allowed me to also enjoy and use as a desktop product until housed inside the 737 shell at a later date.
